CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but not delivered, a twenty-five percent (25%) cancellation fee is charged. All shipping charges will be your responsibility and borne by you.
However, if an order is cancelled but has been delivered, a twenty-five percent (25%) to one hundred percent (100%) cancellation and restocking charge shall be applied in addition to all shipping charges.
If you receive a damaged part or an incorrect part, please notify our customer service department promptly. DO NOT SEND THE PART BACK BEFORE RECEIVING A Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) from a Big Mouth Direct representative. All return requests must be sent in writing via Email, Mail or Fax to Big Mouth Direct, phone request will not be accepted.
Returning parts is the responsibility of the customer and Big Mouth Direct must be provided with a return tracking number when the item is shipped. The item must be returned within 7 business days of the receipt of the RMA. The return address will be provided by Big Mouth Direct at the time BMD is contacted. Parts must be returned to the location address provided upon receiving RMA. Items returned to Big Mouth Direct’s offices will be forwarded to the correct address listed on the RMA instructions, at the customer’s expense.
Once the item is returned, it will be inspected and verified. Upon confirmation that it meets the requirements for refund, a credit request will be forwarded to BMD’s accounting which will issue the actual customer refund.
Items returned that are not in the original condition shipped (excluding items damaged in shipping that have been verified by the shipping company and (verified by a Big Mouth Direct representative) will not be refunded.
Items modified or taken apart for testing will not be accepted for returns or replacement, refund, or credit.
Note that all auto parts sold are identified by a unique code or marking which will be verified upon being returned.
